Big Dreams Small Spaces

Have I missed it?  It feels like ages since it was on and I'm sure Monty said see you all on Tue at the end of Gardeners World on Fri.  When I checked I thought it was on tonight at 7 so I've made a cup of tea, just gone to sit down and nothing!  It now says it's on on Thur but I'm sure it wasn't the day before GW last week? Am I going mad?

Thursday, but it wasn't on last week.

Oddly, gardening was cancelled to make way for sport. That's never happened before has it?

And it had better not happen again.  Less sport and more quality gardening programmes please.  Thanks for clearing that up Hostafan. Roll on Thurimage

I thought I'd gone mad! really enjoying it, I know I'm a Monty fan but it is an excellent informative programme how I wish he'd come here, huge dreams teeny tiny spaces!

I've just watched the second episode again and now I want to go to visit Bryan's Ground. What a lovely garden.

  • I enjoyed tonight's programme - yes Monty is such a gentle character - not pushy -  so subtle & easy going.

I haven't watched last night's yet, saving it as a treat for the weekend.  I'm really loving this series.  I'm sure I watched a few of last series and thought Monty was a bit austere with some of the people, but this series he's come across as a lot more approachable.  Maybe I just caught a bad one in the first series.  So nice having two gardening programs two nights in a row.  So inspirational. imageimageimage

  • Yes, the programme is certainly inspirational Peanuts - but I don't remember seeing a previous series - I must have missed that pleasure.
