Unidentifiied Fruit tree in Thailand

seeking HELP ! please, is anybody able to help identify the fruits growing on this tree now in Thailand (growing prolifically in Hua Hiin - a 3 hour drive south of Bangkok)? I think it looks likes an avocado? tho I see no references to avocado growing there? Mangoes are prolific there, but am not sure? Thankyou ????
