Oh poor poppies,I haven't dared look outside yet. I've sowed a lot of different poppies this year , some of which look (in the pic) really beautiful .....I expect they will all be battered to the ground before they get round to full bloom.
Windy & cold again here in Hertfordshire although the rain's stopped at the moment, but expected again later. It's 'flaming June' and I've got my heating on to take the chill off the house!

Nice here.
I'm sorry. I can't help it. I live in a lake district and I have to put up with all your warm balminess the rest of the time.
Cold, wet, and miserable if you step outside. Fine and dry if you believe what the BBC forecasters are saying.
Overcast but dry here in the northwest, highs of 16 forecast on the BBC weather page.
Bask in the glory of your sunshine pp
..... They get more than their fair share down south
Lovely pic pp!
Thanks flowers. I have very little out as yet but these are always a treat. First drop of rain and they'll be slime but they're nice while they last.
But this is the Lakes in Fermanagh scroggin. Even better!

It's God's own country scroggin and you'd be more than welcome. Peace, quiet, good food and good company. Couldn't beat it with a big stick!
