I've had a look at some coffee machines (I'm more a tea drinker myself) and manufacturers don't seem to like to state IP ratings. Please please do not mistake "can be filled with water and wiped clean with a wet cloth" for water proof (aka surviving 3 inches of sustained april showers). All electrical items are splash proof. This doesn't make them water proof.
Your best bet if you really must have it out doors all the time would be looking at commercial coffee machines. Otherwise save your money and bring the one out of the kitchen with you! Means more money for plants
Unless you have power sockets in a shed or summer house I can't really see the point of wanting a coffee machine outside. You would still have to take out water, coffee, milk and a mug. Why not just take a large thermos flask out with you.

IMO such a machine is called a thermos flask.
