  Not a lot I can do about the rain, but I don't think we are going to get a drought!  Better get the slug pellets out.

  just sow them in the garden and trust in some rain to fall. If you were going for a shorter period of time there are wick based systems that keep the soil moist but its far too expensive and not worth the effort.
