It doesn't matter much to me as long as I understand what people mean. However, I do wish folk would stop using the word 'loose' when they mean 'lose'.

Around 'ere Fairy, I also have to put up with everybody using 'of' instead of 'have', as in "He should of scored that one". I have a strong local accent but that doesn't mean I have to write things down in the same way that I say them!

Bob I do think that lose & loose are spelling mistakes, one here does at times struggle with spelling the afore mentioned word.
My hate is when referring to liquid people say bit, and not drop, especially on food programmes. To me a bit is a piece a drop is a fluid. I'll get my uneducated coat on

Not much annoys me the spoken word except when people make each sentance sound like a question by raising the tone at the end.
Oh and the OK yah types, stopped watching strictly when Darcy Bussell joined the panel.
Oh and I think the wrong use of there and their is a bit annoying.

A good way to remember the loose/lose thing is that one should lose the 'o'
