    What a good idea for a thread. Lovely photos everyone.

    I loved my new Lady Emma Hamilton rose and she smelt wonderful. Here she is on 30th August, flowered on and off all year.

     I chose this one for its sheer exuberance, the essence of summer. You can't see these terraces from the house and the view is of bare hills, so it is almost a physical shock when you come down the bank and round the corner and see all thisimage
