There are certainly a lot of talented photographers on this forum, Papi Jo your Damselfly is amazing, especially the last picture of it looking straight to the camera.
Lovely pix David. I particularly like the seed head. I think they make beautiful subjects. I took some of my pasqueflowers last year as they're really attractive.
This morning's visitor
Papi Jo - that's terrific! Loved it
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Beautiful shots everyone
@ Fairy, lovely shots once again.
@ Papi Jo Excellent photography on the Damsels, I especially love the smooth backgrounds, they look so fresh and clean.
@ Jacqueline another Crab Spider shot, I'm GREEN with envy, I'm searching the hard drives to see if I have a shot of one.
This is one of the Leaf Beetles, Dock Leaf Beetle I think

Stunning pic Sheps, I have had the crab spider in the garden last year as well.
Just love your green beetle, Sheps: here's one I 'snapped' whilst in Salzkammergut, Austria.....
Thanks Jacqueline
Lovely shot, David...and what a beautiful Rose Chafer ( I think ) on a trip to Holyhead there were loads of these feeding on the Hogweed.
Sheps...
Four recent shots from Fuschlsee lakeside walks, Salzkammergut.
Thanks for your previous kind comment, Sheps.
Further to my Damselfly photos of this morning I have now put together a sideshow of the same subject doing its morning workout.

Like it, Fairy, is that a baby Robin?
After searching the files I finally found a shot of a Crab Spider, I knew I had one, Jacqueline
One of the smaller UK Crab Spiders, feeding on a rather unfortunate Sawfly.
