    There's lots of strains of arkwrightii, could be any of them

    I think that you are right,however looking at the leaf structure it is different from the one that of the arkwright.If it seeds i will be happy to let some go on a first come service.If it is the arkwrghtii does anyone know about over wintering plant or even to take cuttings from it.I would just like to say thanks to you all for your help,I am new to this site but how great it is to meet fellow/lady gardeners.

    I forgot to mention that the plant is in full sun outdoors.

    Would any body like to have some crocosima montbretia lucifer seed for free.all that would be required is the cost of the postage to get them to you.

    many thanks to nutcutlet and fidgetbones who both agree that it was LYCHNIS ARKWRIGHTII " vesuvius Campion " WELL DONE lads. I now have all the info that i was looking for thanks to you both.
