Are you sure? Not seen often, it's Australian and I think the leaves are shinier.
Doesn't look like either of the strobilanthes I grow. Also all the strobilanthes I know are dormant in winter.

Thanks, I hear what you say, the nursery could be wrong. I did look it up on the internet and I wpould be happy that it is a strobilanthes, I will wait to see if it flowers.Actually the leaves are shiny..

It must have changed a bit since you first posted. I would have liked to see that from different angles then. How about a few now?
