  • Beautiful pictures, nothing like a bit of sunshine to help a garden to come alive - some lovely colours too.Which area do you live in Hefty?

thanks! im in SE London (tho technically Kent)

  • More sun, less wind & rain in Kent than here I believe? Is your garden sheltered Hefty? It looks like a real sun trap - ours is exposed to the wind & rain here & doesn't drain very well either. But I love it as we have a field over the wall and plenty of trees too.

Such lovely photos.  Tried to 'quote' some but it doesn't work for some reason.

Are some of you really having snow?  Brrr.

I've been spring cleaning and managed to clean two greenhouses.  This was yesterday.

yeah the garden is sheltered by walls (ill take a pic tomorrow, easier to show u than explain) but i have over hanging trees and other buildings nearby so unfortunately i dont get much sun or light

on a different note, Ive done some guerilla gardening, trying to brighten up my local surroundings and encourage others to do the same

i planted a few plants nearby so i can see them on my way out of where i live image

could b an interesting experiment, see if anyone destroys it, or adds to it, or steals the plants etc

That is lovely Hefty, the council in my area put some lovely young trees in a few years back, they didn't last a year, the local kids broke them all, not one was left. now it's just grass, the parents didn't do anything to stop them. I hope nothing happens to your's, the flowers lovely.
