Today this Frank has sunshine, for now, the jet black clouds from the west are hitting the coastal front above me and heading north boding ill will for those on the Wear and Tyne. Our meadows and babbling brook at the bottom of the bank turned into a great lake, my garden is wet though the standing water vanished adding to the lake. Last day of 2015 let us see what we wake to on the first day of 2016,

Happy New Year to each and all,

    Frank

I didnt think we had much problem, until I went up the garden. The mini polytunnel which was weighted down with bricks, flew over a fence and landed 20ft away. Amazingly nothing squashed in garden. Cover is still intact. Most of  the stands within were still upright. Only damage a large pot of cyclamen cracked in two, and a dozen primula seedlings need repotting.

We lifted it back in place and put more bricks on it.
