FRANK IS COMING
Storm Frank that is!
Latest seems to be lots of torrential rain and strong winds for later tomorrow and Wednesday.
Earlier reports were suggesting 100 mph winds but I think they will pass further north now. Hopefully so.
so far most of the stormy weather has by passed here but everywhere is wet underfoot. A result of our warm weather.

I'm not sure that they've got the right idea about naming these storms - every Frank I've ever known has been good looking, intelligent and kind and gentle.
I think 'they' should do what most wise parents do, select a few possibilities then wait until they've seen the baby before deciding on a name that suits it ........
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Oh, dear - Frank, whatever have you done to deserve this? (At least with a name that is near the end of the alphabet, I hope they don't get to me . . . )
Or Zebedee (Boing!) - this for readers of a certain age
Dove, you been reading my mail again, though Frank is already here and if you notice the weather fronts break right and left around my neck of the woods. Do not get that guy wound up is the message. King Canute is alive and well but this one really works.
Frank.
we once met up with a Frank we'd "met" via a chatsite.
We arranged to go for a drink together as he lived nearby.
He came to the door with a combover, an acrylic zip up cardy and a blazer covered in train badges. We couldn't even bring ourselves to take him to a pub where we knew anyone.
Shrinking Violet, more like Zeus, Helios or Hades, they were all getting a bit upperty when i came down from Mount Olympus. Helios had his war paint on, i told him pink lipstick was out of fashion.
Frank.
Stand by folks, I am on my way, move in, cause chaos, move on, story of my life.
Frank
Runny, the funniest thing is that beforehand I'd said " what's the worst that could happen?" then proceeded to describe the worst case senario. I was 100% accurate.
After Frank am wondering who will be next? Geoffrey, Hubert, Isaac, Julian... Anyone else want to 'name that storm'?!
