Mine's very modest compared to some of yours but I'm especially pleased with it because it is the first time that I have kept a rooted one alive from one year to the next. It came from Sainsbury's last year when they gave me a free voucher for £10 so I chose one of their little trees. It grew really well in the garden over the summer and is about 8" bigger all round than last year.
You may be guilty of inspiring me to get a little runt in the sales and nurture it til next year! That gives me a whole year to train the cat that indoor trees aren't to be climbed! not liking my chances tho!
I think they have them at Sainsburys again this year. I tucked it away in the garden mostly out of sight during the year because I didn't want to get bored with the sight of it. I wanted it to feel 'new' when I brought it back into the house. Added bonus - it brought a couple of spiders and a load of snails in with it!

Love your diminutive tree, Daryl. May you & it continue to prosper for years to come, both indoors & out (for its summer holidays!).
Daryl, I think your tree is gorgeous!

You could have a nice little tree in a tub on that terrace Wonky
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

or a pair?
or wasn't the rule, arrange in three's?
Three ... or five... in matching containers (smart square ones) along the edge of the terrace

Excellent!
thanks Daryl, think I will have a look about at sainsburys at the weekend! Still don't like my chances of training the cats tho!
What an attractive tree, Daryl! By the way, do Sainsburys still hand out free vouchers? If so, I'll start shopping there, at once!
