I have a wisteria it has budds in it now . So now would not be a good time to prune it is this correct ?It is all the place I need to have someone build something for it to climb on . It's been climbing in 2 , 4x4 's 8' talland it seems like it's all over the place. I've noticed they grow really fast. So when is the best time to cut them back to be building around them?
