Just goes to show what a fab website this is because of the folks on here. I ventured on to the seed swap thread only to find Granma has some Lychnis seeds going and is going to kindly post some to me. Just lovely. They will be all the more cherished knowing they have come from someone on here.
I have the plain pink one growing in a very dry, sunny border at the front where I'm happy to let it spread and suppress weeds. The white one is in a bed bordering my "woodland corner" so gleams at me at night from the gloaming. It self seeded with gay abandon and invaded the chipped bark path.
I have now planted some of both in another sunny bed and await to see what they do.

AnitaBuk, Angel's Blush is a pink and white lychnis but not sure if it's the one above
