I feel just the same, is it because we have been at it constantly since March, I have loads to do, just keep getting waylaid with silly things like, I wonder if I can get some cuttings of this to take etc.
the heavy job of chopping down, spreading compost fills me with dread at the moment.
Oh well, another coffee and couple of painkillers then it's back to it.
i haven't even emptied my tubs and baskets, not planted any bulbs, not even done an order yet.
i know once I get started it will only take a couple of days, I will get it done, just procrastinating.
come on folks, out of those PJ's boots on, ready steady .......
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
Been out there in the front garden, dug up and potted a huge geum that was in the wrong place (might have to give it to Wonky Shhh! ) pulled out annual weeds, hoed the border, done some general tidying, planted a couple of dozen wallflowers and some Allium Schubertii bulbs and watered them all in and potted up the rest of the wallflowers to take to Wonky next time I visit.
Now NDN has started using an electric saw in the garden so I've come indoors. I don't feel too irritated 'cos he only has his shore-leave to get his firewood ready for winter, and at least he waited until I'd done the urgent stuff.
I've still got some bulbs to pot up, but I can do them another day.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

I've got the gardening stuff on Lyn...but, as you can see, I'm still on here
I can procrastinate with the best of 'em
I'm justifying it by saying I've not exactly been sitting on my **** all the rest of my time off
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
My hot polytunnel has been invaded by cluster flies and they're " da'in ma heid in "
Must get the step ladder out to hang fly papers.
Displacement activities so far:
Made soda bread, peeled spuds and thought about doing the hoovering.
Everything's getting well watered in now - it's raining out there now - I'm feeling very pleased with myself
