irish yew - standishii variant

    I'm still struggling to get hold of a pair of them. Virtually impossible to buy these at 90cm image

    Thanks Verdun I didn't realise they'd grow at that rate.  Can you clarify something for me?

    Standishii = female = berries

    Aurea = male = no berries?

     

    I've got young family members so I think it might be better to go for one that doesn't produce berries to eliminate any temptation to pick one and eat it.

    I've found some 3ft uk grown standishii for £56 in 20l pots. This sound about right?
