My daughter never came to get it, so I replanted it another location. However, she isn't doing so well. She has a huge head, thick stalk, and about 5 little flower heads growing under her huge leaves on her stalk. I'm heart broken that she is struggling, any advice on how to save her or the babies?
Well there's not much that can be done about your daughter's huge head I'm afraid. Has she tried wearing a hat? :#
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Looks perfectly normal to me. It’s had one main flower and then a few small ones and now it’s dying ... all as expected ... sunflowers only last for one season.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

You could try saving the seeds for next year  :)

Sunflowers are annuals. Plant in Spring, they flower, go to seed and die in Autumn. I assume you are in UK.
