    Nut I agree, when I have a moment the horrid purple aquilegia is going, though I think a neighbour might like it.

    The syringas in general are lovely in flower but they're a bit skanky when the flowers go aren't they?

    Can I have Undulating curves?

    FG - who held the spirit level for your fence rails?? She counts as an under gardener image(just don't tell her, as its probably not cool!).  Just read your other posts - think you should build it a bit higher and top it with spikes! Good for you for speaking out - might not have sunk in at the time, but they might be thinking a bit more about that busy road now.

     Verbascum lychnitis, I see there's rather a lot of other plants in this pic image

    Macleaya cordata, evening primrose and one of the nepetas, and a Verbena bonariensis in the background. Is that the lot. The verbacum is the white one
