    yes nut managed to zoom on second picture. Can see the serrated edge of the leaf and as you said 4 petals  I'll image.

     

    Obelixx corker of a tree, have always liked bird cherrys.

    Thanks.  I just wish the birds liked it as I planted it for them but they all ignore it.

  • Just to keep this straight, Bird Cherry (Prunus padus) has black fruits, not white. 

  • Yeah- mine is definitely not a bird cherry.

  • Looks like the spindle variety with white fruit
