Hadn't realised this was an old thread ! @JOE90 and @garjobo (who I'm guessing maybe the same person), any updates/photos to share.? I have a friend who would be very interested to know if it succeeded!

I’ve seen and been inside @nutcutlet ‘s greenhouse on several occasions. It looks great and looks in really good condition ... I had no idea they’d painted it themselves.

I would add that from what I know of Mr & Mrs Nutcutlet they are the sort of folk who take time and trouble to prepare and do a job properly without skimping.   Certainly appears worth the effort.  :)

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Thanks Dove. To buy it green would have cost several hundred ££ more and we have the equipment and he has the skills to do the job, there's be more paint around the general area if I had my hands on a spray gun.

Hello @nutcutlet 🙂. Long time no see (in real life) - maybe you @Dovefromabove and I can get together again later this year? Although, what with her knees and my back, it'll have to be somewhere with lots of benches dotted around!

That's a fine looking greenhouse - lovely and big. Lots of fun to be had in there!
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
