I don't think it is sedum either, although looking at it and the picture I can see why it could be confused with it. Just no flowers and in real life a bit too straggly and ugly.

It is definitely one creeping mass Nut and grows really well in my gravel drive, impossible nearly to get out. We have had a heatwave here and it has loved it, sronger than ever.

DD it looks very like a creeping plant that grows in sand and near beach showers in Greece (likes a drop of water) it does flower if that's what it is but later in the year and they are pink / red. Might be totally wrong but wondered if it was that as you've had such hot weather and little rain
I think that is it Berghill, It is causing me no end of problems and has managed to get everywhere, think the drought this year has caused a bumper crop.
Thanks everyone for the input, can always rely on the forum to solve a mystery.

I have a money plant and it's not one of those either Forester.
Anyone think it might be purslane?
Hi DD. This isn't one I'm familiar with.
Do you think it's lots of plants from seed like an annual or one creeping mass?
In the sticks near Peterborough
If it's this one below, it's the most delicious vegetable. Lucky you! However, it does flower, as the pictures show.
