I bought twice from Crocus last year when I replanted a couple of borders with perennials
I was pleased with my plants - all in 2L or bigger pots and thought I paid a fair price (there was a 20% discount available from this site at the time).
Mostly they've performed very well this year too
Sounds like things may have changed for the worse
That said, I did get some really manky geranium plugs from Telegraph shop.

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
Crocus supply waitrose, telegraph, but I think the rubbish plants are sent out to ordinary joe blogs online customers. I have bought from crocus over many years, but they have over reached themselves and now the plants sent are either wrong, or leggy, or diseased.
That is a shame- have you contacted their customer services seakale?
I order from crocus fairly regularly, albeit directly, not through GW or anyone and just this week I got half a dozen lovely plants. One of the boxes was M&S though so I assume they supply them as well.
Hope you get them replaced- diseased plants are unacceptable.
If you're not happy with the quality of the plants then you have too complain! I've done loads of the offers with thompson and Morgan through gw and direct and have had a few dodgy ones! All I takes is one phone call and replacements are offered! If crocus care about their customers then they will do the same
The customer services lines rings for 5 rings at Crocus then the line is automatically switched to order line, which is frustrating never mind time wasting, as order line staff cannot deal with customer service queries. Completely batty system.
i am in email contact with crocus, customer servises direct line number difficult to get through on likewise

Awful posting of awful leggy, diseased plants from Crocus. Never again. GW please take note and remove them from yr offers site.
