Did a fair bit of tidying in my new little plot today but as Maggie and Lyn said, daffs only just getting going.Still,the washing got dried and smells lovely Cut back lots of straggly stuff and had a general potter about. Hoping my cannas will survive. They survived the really cold winters 2010 and 2011 and were at my old house which was very exposed so keeping all fingers and toes crossed
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

The discussion about forsythia made me realise that Spring is coloured yellow, followed by a pink and mauve early summer changing to a red/orange and yellow back-end. A bit simplisitic but true?
