    Definitely Verdun, if it's somehow found its way here from USA we don't want them spreading.

  • Dorothy :-    I have grown geraniums for years simply because I found them so easily cared for, all they need   is plenty of water.   This year they did very well and are still in   bloom but recently the leaves have become riddled with holes .   I dusted them with an insecticide which didn't help a lot but today I have found the culprits . Yes, the black droppings were another mystery but my problem is solved now and I am going out now with a torch to do some hunting  ! !    Thank you so much for the info.

    I assumed Patz was referring  to Pelagoniums as she has them in her green house, if so, they don't need much water, better kept on the dry side.
