We had a lovely time The weather was warm and dry and even sunny and hot for part of the day. The TWIGS who met up were Nut and Artjak, Fidget, Panda, Wonky, myself and Supernoodle and we were introduced to the adorable young chap is only eight weeks old and has been declared to be A TWIGLET He seemed to really enjoy being outside in the gardens, watching branches waving in the breeze and seeing the colours of the flowers - and at one stage he also seemed to be casting quite a keen eye on his Mum's cake
We walked around part of the Dell Garden (which has certainly had a lot of work and lots of planting done since we were there last year) and then around Adrian Bloom's Foggy Bottom. After that pasties/cakes/chips and drinks were taken in the little cafe before a ride on the Gallopers and then on one of the narrow guage steam trains along the back of the Dell Gardens.
Eventually we realised that time was getting short for those who had trains to catch, so headed to the car park for plant swapping, and then to the adjoining GC for a few plant purchases.
I eventually dropped Wonky and Panda off at the station to catch their train heading south while I drove back up to mid-Norfolk.
Hold on a few minutes and I'll post some photos ...
