My front garden is now starting to take shape still got a few plants to put in like my centre piece when i decide what but most of the hard work's been done. The garden was all red chips when i moved in so decided to make a real garden instead of just chips here's the before and after photo's as i live in a mid terrace house the bins are at the front so i came up with this to hide them from the pavement & road.
Before just after lifting the red chips.
Now all young plant's 90 percent i grew from seed the rest very young plugs i bought.
Here's a photo from the pavement white planter built from a used pallet & painted.
I may need to borrow the idea as our council are about to supply wheelie bins although I am aggrieved that they now wish to charge for the removal of garden waste.
Phew, actually got pics on, thanks to Salino's advice. Can't remember who mentioned both trees think it was on "if you could have anything in your garden".

this could be expensive, at a recent show i saw these priced about thirty pounds each
What a lovely photo of the wren.
Fairygirl, your tomato is more advanced than any of mine, looks really healthy.

What DO I pay my poll-tax for?
Pics of Acer Griseum & Prunus Serrula as promised.
The Acer is 35 yrs old, mistake made when young it should have been allowed to reach 6' before letting side branches develop. Prunus about 28yrs old.
Soz sideways one. But gives idea of height.
This isn't of my own garden, its wisley alpine, but interesting pics anyhow, if anyone is interested in looking:

Andy like it, our bins are at the front...another job for my beloved.
Love litttle-ann's pic with the watering cans
In the sticks near Peterborough
Wintersong are you still paying poll tax...you're way behind

Just another way to hump the already hard pressed, hard working public.
But they want you to recycle......
Lovely pix KEF!
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
