Your garden always looks wonderful and so well cared for, Berghill.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • I took this picture in July after cutting back the clematis so that they could be moved to a new bigger trough

Is that Verdun up there little ann? Plants looking happy too, hope he's not telling them his jokes.

Berghill, nice to see your garden at this time of year, mines ok in tiny snaps but wouldn't look much in a full view like those , lovely. Can't wait to see the winter photos.
  • its rumoured its what he looks like Mrs G, he certainly gets about

  • so we hve been busy starting to lay new front garden path.. i have added some pics of before and now..

this picture was some years ago.

this shows the start of the path.. it is 18 metres long.. the border at the top is the start of one.. has we had to  move some plants from down the bottom of the path borders.. as we have made the path twice as wide.. and cant carryon until they  were moved.. we had to break up old path as it had sunk by 1 foot.. use the borken up path as rubble and then conrete to the leve and then laying bricks and slabs with 6mm gravel infill.. its getting there buthard work..
