Very beautiful pat. It might confuse my hedgehogs however. I seem to have one at the moment who has fallen in love with the prickly boot scraper mat outside the back door. Last year I'm sure one was trying to mate with an upside down plug tray.imageimage

I'm not entirely certain what happens overnight to my black gardening Crocs that I leave out on the terrace in the summer ......... and I'm not sure that I want to know image

  • Last time we had an invasion inside our old patio door (now replaced with a far more burglar and ant proof one!), five minutes with the handheld Dyson and all sorted!

Same thing on a damp warm summer's day many years ago in an old flat with windows that opened outwards at the bottom. What seemed like thousands of Daddy Long Legs had climbed the wall as they emerged and popped in for a visit. The walls were covered!

Seriously, how do ants get inside my sugar box??? It is a vintage tin box with a tight lid. Every day for thre days now I had to spoon out a milion ants before having my coffee, then I close the lid carefully, I look at it to check for cracks, and the next day they are all back inside! How??? Did they build a stargate inside my box?? I am confused.
