Why don't I remember what plants I have?

this first one I think is a salvia which wasn't meant to survive the winter, anyone know? The next two I expected to be the same grass (tenuissimaa?) but they look totally different, Can anyone please ID them? (the one to the left - I know its a hodeum on the right) thanks guys.

I'd agree with definitely labelling cuttings and seed trays, but not plants in the garden
