Large brown seed pod ID

Asking on behalf of someone else, these have been found floating in a large pond in Glasgow. I've trawled google images of various seed pods but cannot find what it is. Any ideas?

I think Entada gigas, described as 6cm across and hollow seeds that float. It comes out of a huge pod similar to beans.
