ok so 3 weeks ago there was a massive rat in my garden on which I chased off. I have seen it twice since as have my neighbours. My neighbours have a compost at the back of the garden where mice live. We are rural so always the chance of rats about, we have had them coming into the house, rat poison cleared them, we have come to accept that they are always somewhere in the area.
