Pansyface it's dogs of course, Firecracker we had 5 at one stage, but the 4 oldest has died, bracken was the youngest. So we were down to one.But you get used to it when you have one at a time. Barley barks a lot when we go out or we take one of the others out, bracken he hardly barks at all, berry he doesn't bark very much

Pansyface they do drool a lot when there is food about. Does tour's like picking things up in his mouth when he gets exited if you have to go out or he goes for his walk? Barley does when we go out of we take the others out,I think it's because he's a retriever.

When anybody arrives home/at our house Biskit dashes to get one of his many soft animal toys, and greets whoever has come.image Loves people but not too keen on other boy dogsimage

Firecracker is he the first goldie that you have had?

Yes we got him in South Wales after seeing his mother and sister on the beach, and it turned out that he was the last of 11 to be sold. Our daughter Amy won us over image he is now 11 and as adorable as ever, must find a pictureimage

2 Labs (black) and a Engilsh setter. Jack, Paddy and Barney. The Setter is the intelligent one, the Labs are dim and dimmer. Never had a Goldie. The author, Dean Koontz loves them and often has them as a main character in his books.

Firecracker sorry I've been busy that's good , I bet he's a bit slow now, bracken is11 years and he's slow until he sees anybody then he'll sort of run up to them for some fuss.We had 4 from Shropshire 2 from Bromsgrove and 1 from kiddiminster.

Scigib. That's nice about your dogs but there not golden retrievers, labs are lot different, my sister in law had a red setter he was nice I can't imagine a setter being intelligent
