I have a small lightweight crate we bought cherries in. It's got huge staples to affix the bottom and is a composite wood .It's 6 inches by 1 foot and 5 inches deep. Would the compost just rot through quickly?I don't mind treating the outside, or inside, but don't want to use something that would not be healthy. I thought…
