I would be demanding a full refund for those. they are not garden worthy. Dont be fobbed off by the company

I have had the same problem, with some plants I got from J.Parkers too i wasn't very happy at all and some lavender from thompson and morgan all of them were wilted and dry and I've emailed them and nothing! Annoying!

Ive had to cancel a order of perennials from jersey plants direct which I placed early april and have still not arrived even though they guaranteed delivery by end of may.

I think the couriers are usually the problem, a lot of sensible sellers will not send out plants for delivery at weekends.  Stuff isnt always marked live plants.  I work a long way from home (nights) so always tell  Hubby to open everything just in case.  Have just ordered one strip of wildflower turf, which was expensive (having tried seeds and plugs) Tracking details, got a robotic message on my phone, reconised the tracking number but cannot understand what the robot says.  Clicked onto the tracking number, comes up with no such number!  Hoping it will arrive today, was expecting this heavy rain yesterday, because trying to dig out the turf where I am putting this bit. Company are closed weekends, but because of the high cost, I will be expecting it in perfect condition.  I know most sellers enclose bumph saying you plants might be suffering from"jet" to remove and water straight away, course not always practical if you work.

Nanny Beach did you wildflower turf arrive today then? If it doesn't arrive in good condition you could e-mail them or phone them and say you're not happy you want your money back!

Hello Flower Girl3, no no turf yesterday, but as I said I couldnt check the tracking number, or understand what the robot said, company closed weekend, but will ring them in the morning. Would have been nice to have had the rain, to help with the digging up of the old turf, as we garden on clay here its like rock!

Yes, as another option, but it is down the bottom of my garden, a blooming llong way to take a hose, before you ask, yes, I DO have water butts 5 of them, now pretty empty!
