Definitely a Staphylea, possibly S. bumalda as the fruit on this species has two cells and from your image all the fruits look as if they have two cells. I think it is the only species within the genus that has a strictly two celled fruit, some often have a mix of 2,3 and 4 cells. Having said all that the flower panicle does not look correct for this species, more like the commoner S. colchica. Fruit apart I would go for S. colchica.
