i happen to double order once and when noticed it I emailed them to cancel
one of the orders. There was no answer on my email and the doubled order still arrived. Oh, well, it was my fault that I double ordered. But then I received a phone call from T&M apologising for not answering my cancellation and I was offered a refund even if I received both orders. It was a really really nice gesture as these days we don't get gifts like this from businesess!!!

have to say, I got a dianthus order and a lavender offer. It felt weird to get plants through the letterbox! Iwasn't hopeful but potted them all up and hoped. They have all put on new growth and b the end of the season I will be able to take more cuttings. My only difficulty was wrestling the package out of my dogs mouth, he loves to eat the post as it comes in, but didn't do the plants any harm
due to last years winter flowering plants ie pansies - pervious years plants cut down and sent out as current years seedings I have asked to be taken off their list. They were cheap though
was very disappointed with there service they left me with no plants over summer last year and too late to plant up from other source.tiny plug plant arrived mostly dead and very late. wont use them again ,quicker to go to garden centers.
Ben from Thompson & Morgan rang me on 14.6 he offered me a replacement postiplugs that he said would be deliver by the end of the month or a refund. I opted for a refund as I could not be sure of the quality of the plugs. I have had my credit card statement & £2.46 was given as a refund?? the plugs was £9.99 X 5 plugs so where £2.46 comes into it I am confused!! the plugs are now in my compost bin so I expected a refund of £9.99 plus something for the inconvenience of the problem as this has been going on now for some time now, I didn't even receive a letter of apology either!!

yep complain on facebook, i had two microplugs missing and they replaced all 48 within a week

I would not recommend this company to anyone
I had some lovely plants from them great value too
I'm still waiting for my replacement seeds that were offered because previous ones didn't germinate. I'm still hopeful it's only been 6weeks
