identification please

My next door neighbour has this bush/shrub and would love one myself but she's forgot what it is, any ideas? The leaves smell very herby.

  Any Ive asked on here about this plant below but i'm still at a loss, its grown since the last pic i've shown. I even tried that plant id app but no one even responded.

    First one looks like a Philadelphus of some sort.

    The second one... the underside of the leaves looks familiar but I can't for the life of mine figure out where did I already see that vein pattern.

    After enlarging and seeing the foliage more clearly - I'd agree with Katherine - choisya. 

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Choisya ternata looks like it and Choisya are evergreen shrubs with aromatic, palmately divided leaves.
