Well I am the best driver in the world I didn't learn till my late 30's, consequently I had reached the age where I knew what damage one vehicle could to another, and also a pedestrian. I worked in the NHS so I put alot of the results of said accidents back together.
At the risk of sounding like my parents! I think the youngsters today have a sense of entitlement that we didn't have. They expect to cross roads and for drivers to stop for them altho they aren't on a crossing. Boy racers (and yes girls now) have the name for a reason. They just don't appreciate the dangers of speed, and don't get me started about texting at the wheel!
Having lived in several locations, I must say the worst drivers I have ever come across are from Stoke. They'd slit their throats rather than let you in! Coming back to my beloved Yorkshire, It was noticeable just how courteous the drivers are here.
