Well done Lizzie, so pleased for you that it all went well, your garden is beautiful it deserves to be shown off to other people.

I wish I was a bit more outgoing to do that!

Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    Matty here

Great day yesterday - so good to meet lots of people all really interested in plants and gardening.

On my wish list now apart from the Gallardia id the Rose Tuscany - scent is wonderful

Lovely to meet DD as well we had a long chat while I showed her around the garden.

Initially we showed visitors around to ensure they saw the whole garden, then we let them wander. Many of them commented about the Gallardia Cornetto Blaze, it really is a spectacular plant but Seems to not be available in Britain, unless anyone can find it!

My French improved by leaps and bounds in one day! image

    I fly home tomorrow

Congratulations, Lizzie!  Your garden photos look amazing - so glad it all went well and you raised money for a worthwhile cause.

Think you deserve a bit of a rest now...image
