I am really sorry to hear of your plight Shirley!!  image  People always try to stop the good going on...don't ask me why there are so many horrible folk around, but, there are!!   You have had some great suggestions on here from people who really care about the world...and each other!    I too would say, " Don't give up" !  Do you have anyone who could give you a helping hand with your garden?   I love to be in my garden, I know how nasty people can be though, my next door neighbour is having huge problems with her neighbour the other side, and this other neighbour is trying to get me involved...NO WAY!  Nothing to do with me I say....

There are bullies a-plenty, you just keep at it girl, let no-one stop you, you have paid money out and you have every right to do what you want to do with YOUR LAND.   Lots of us here are thinking of you Shirley, all we all want is a peaceful life and a beautiful site to look out onto and sit beside, where no-one or nothing can spoil it.   I'm sure if some of us were nearer, we'd help you out!!!

     Lots of love to you.

Keep at it, your perseverance ( I can't spell that! ) will win in the end!!  XXX image

Shirley  I am also very sorry to hear of your problems and wish you well

i have a couple of surgestions , rather than fencing plant some prickly plants eg pyracantha , also see if there is a local gardening society that might help in sharing the area with them as it is a woodland RSPB or local wildlife trust may be interested no harm in asking ! Nothing to lose

do not give in image could you put some pictures on the site

last idea as the people each side are horrible see if they would like to buy it at an hugely increased sum so you make a huge profit !

What about a sign or two (or even three)  - BEWARE OF TICKS!  image

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

I can vouch for Blackthorn as a wildlife hedge - it's nice and 'stabby'.....image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
