Cut and paste the link and then hit the space bar - that'll activate the link image

  • I've never had a problem with the offers. Others had. Way I see it is its a fiver. If you have the time and space to grow them on and half survive, bargain. You can spend that on one plant full size and have that eaten by slugs.

Just remember to pot on them on and water them as soon as you get them as they will have been sealed in an envelope for the best part of five days.

Maybe we could start our own forum based way of sharing perennials.  I often divide them or grow more than I need and it can't be that difficult to pack them up as little bare root plants send them in the post.

  • I must admit I have had some issues with T&M in the past and am still waiting for this year's free perennials, however I did get an e-mail update today to say they would be with me by the end of June.

I bought them last year year too and only lost a few, the others are now planted out in my borders and doimg brilliantly, in fact the Geums are just about to bursts into flower image Not bad considering I'm a novice!!

My mum asked me to order these for her and pot them on until they're ready to plant. They were very healthy little plugs with a good root system and are growing away nicely in the greenhouse.  No idea when they'll be garden ready though!

    Hi Sanjy67

I went for this offer and my plants arrived the other day. The postman had posted them through the letterbox and when I opened the packaging I found they had splatted all over the place - sob! Afterward followed brief panic, hysteria and potting up. Although they're very small, most of them seem to have good roots so I'm hopeful ... and it was only a fiver image

    Good luck!

PS. My T&M 6 hostas for £5.65 seem to be growing well - fingers crossed!
