They may be different to those they've done before, but when i last did the T&M 30 free they were about 3cm of root and 3cm of plant when they arrived, very much the std T&M mini postiplugs. I'd be super surprised if they were 30x 12cm plugs.
I agree with andythescientist. The 'free' ones I got few years ago were micro-sized and went straight into the GH. Most survived winter and planted out and most a good size now, all flowered last summer. They cost £4.90 then, so lets hope the extra £1.10 means bigger plants!
I've checked the info and it does imply these are 10-12cm plugs, if they turn up as micro plugs as in previous years I'll be straight on the phone and complaining!

Erm, if you look at the pic the 10-12cm includes the roots, so top growth is 5-6cm.
Primrose-my Lily bulbs turned up yesterday! They are nice fat bulbs, all with shoots starting to show.
The plugs last year were the micro plugs being offered in the munstead offer they are also doing!
