This is what ive been doing today, with a great help from my son as i cant do much with my back.
Not finished yet need to take them pallets off, clean them and paint them a nice bright colour, in the wee corner part, then ill put plants all around it, on it, and down by the side, fill in slab with aubretia and something else. Straight ahead is going to be a rockery in there, where you see a curved part of wood.

Also there was no drainage which is why i had to get channel dug and fill it with stones.

Thank you, yes got a lot done, still a long way to go, but its finally taking shape, just paint and plants to fill it up.

So good to be working on a project and seeing such dramatic changes, well done, you have obviously been working very hard.
Be great to see it in a coupe of months time too and then again next spring, keep the pics coming.
Thank you Dordogne im getting there slowly, made a "thing" out of pallets, but it was not very strong, and looked daft, so im playing about just now, cant make a thing out of wood
