Verdun is correct - their bulbs are good but other plants can be hit or miss. I have had more good than bad. The one time I complained I attached photos to prove that they had died and told them I want a refund or replacement. They can't argue with a photo.

Whatever their plants are like, and I have also had more good than bad, I've always found their customer service to be excellent.  Dead plants = replacement or refund, providing you tell them as quickly as you can and as blairs says, send them a photo of the problem.

Where you have a pack of say 6 and say 2 plants die, they will usually replace the whole pack of 6 which I always think is very good.

Same problem with Parkers.Bulbs ok but anything else very poor quality. As for T & M once bitten twice shy.Bought some Chocolate cosmos plants(tubers) a couple of years ago, fooled by the money back guarantee.Received complete rubbish and for what I paid in postage trying to get my money back I had paid for them twice over!

  • I've just had a delivery from parkers, 55 perennials and 6 bare root roses (lost label, so going cheap). So far so good, the perennials seem to be growing on ok and the roses are a waiting game for the next month I guess! This was the firsy time i'd used them but if anything doesn't cime on I'll be straight on the phone. Regarding t & m, I've used these many times and yes sometimes the tiny plugs can be a bit disappointing and a bit hit and miss. Whenever I've complained they have replaced with no qualms.

The only online supplier I'd use is crocus. I've ordered from Parkers and T & M and everything has been rubbish so I don't even look at them anymore.

The plants arrive far to small and most die.
