Thanks everyone! Yes A is Oregano (checked against herb pot stuff n' is exactly the same) tho i don't remember putting a bit there but must of! image

I found in the soil at the side C's tag (someone had pushed it right under the ground) it is 'Lewisia Little Plum' - I bought these possibly almost 2 years ago, they are beautiful and seem come every year and the leaves never seem to die off.

The same for B Delosperma it stays green throughout the year, so i'm surprised to hear its not a hardy plant?!? My first photo of it is a shabby looking bit as i had split the clumb last year before winter set in, so i'm hoping that they re bulk out again image

for D - tradescantia, lychnis and silene  images don't look familiar at all, but like iv said before that means nothing lol!image

  • I have a very large clump of Oregano - not much different to Marjoram. It is a very fast grower as it was in quite a small pot when I planted it. It's very useful in cooking, I put it in most of my stews and casseroles. (Think you mean 'must have!' image)

A shot in the dark - could D be a Sweet William?

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
