It's Testacella scutulum common name shelled slug. It's the 'shell' bit that looks a bit like a face, it is actually on the other end to the head. The original picture just shows one that is a bit dried up looking, often find slugs looking like that under plastic sheets etc. Lives under the soil eats earthworms so not particularly welcome.

I have seen shelled slugs several times here in SW France. Here they are considered welcome as they also eat snails and slugs!

KEF is this a Cornish vine weevil. ?
