We have Virgin Superhub too and are having no problems at all - I find their telephone support people very good when we do have problems so maybe give them a ring

Just to say that (just as an experiment) I tried logging-off from this site & logging-on again (I normally stay logged-on) and it does, for the moment seemed to have restored matters.
I am with Talk Talk and have been having problems with the GW site. Even abandoned it and logged off several times. Still not brilliant. I had put it down to so many people using it.
Thanks for further suggestions, I tried logging off and on again David K, and didn't work for me. It is struggling when I look at the page on my iphone too. Hmm. maybe a call to Virgin tomorrow. thanks for that suggestion Dove. I often spend my evenings catching up with this forum and learning lots. I'm having to resort to watching Top Gear
If you've got Virginmedia, it may be a problem with their signal. We've been having issues with the internet either slowing or stopping completely. OH has rung to complain a few times and it turns out it was something to do with work they were carrying out to speed up the network!
I've suddenly got email notifications for PMs received today! Looks like the tech team are working their way through the list of blips slowly but surely

I have noticed that it has been a lot slower to load this past couple of weeks. I'm with Talk talk. No other website is affected.
