This is my mum's garden about a month ago. I moved the Euphorbia from her old house in May last year... unfortunately the soil around it's roots completely fell away, and the roots left behind looked very puny. Planted it, soaked it, and it somehow scraped through - and now it looks fabulous.

I spent some time in the garden yesterday trying to take some pics of bees. This was the best one I managed to get. It's getting lunch on a creeping buttercup in the bog garden. I was trying to get a good shot of one hovering but they were too fast. That's a challenge for another day.
miss sponge everything looking very fine-really like your frilly poppies. rosa nevada was blah this spring but after a moderately severe whacking is trying to make up.

This is what you get if you allow Dianthus to self seed.

Love the bee Mistwalker. It looks great when you enlarge the pic too
Nice combination Victoria - the alliums and Camassia. Love those Dianthus - I'd be very happy if I had them seeding everywhere!
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
keep those pictures coming, all make me smile
Love the camouflaged bee!
